Championship Weekend Shield Team Event News

The British MBO Score Championship weekend is not far away and don't forget the new event on the weekend.
The Shield Team Event is a standalone competiton at the British MBO Score Chamionship weekend with both days counting to the winner of the Team Shield.
Rules are;
1. The top six finishing riders from each Shield “team” Group, of which at least one must be a female rider, score points for their Shield Team.
2. Ebikes are included with a 25% loading added to their score, e.g. 9th place = 9 points +25% = 11.25 points total for Ebike riders. (Calculated to 2 decimal places)
3. Eligibility for the “team” = A rider must have competed in at least one MBO score event prior to the Championship weekend during the current year as a declared Group Rider in the National League Shield Trophy.
4. The team with the lowest score wins the 'Team Shield'.
