M50 competitor Kevin Horsley collected all 24 checkpoints on his 78km route around the Snettisham Sneezer event held by CATS MBC over in Norfolk. Bright sunshine but a cold sea breeze greeted the 17 riders who travelled across to the new area, just north of the Sandringham Estate.
Hard pack tracks were the order of the day with a bit of rutted byway along the Peddars Way. Wide open trails with no gates meant a fast flowing course where riders would get to cover some distance over the rolling countryside. The top 3 all covered over 70km. Kevin came back 6 minutes late to score a mammoth 493 from the full house of 500 with M60 Mark Rowley coming in with only seconds to spare to score 430 and in 3rd place M50 Jeff Mew scored 404 after his 8 minutes of penalties were taken off. Dennis Jacques was the only e.bike taking part and scored 330 points to finish 7th overall.
