Over 40 riders turned out for a day blessed with good weather, dry tracks (mostly) and excellent catering as a reward for all the ups and downs on offer.
It was a large area and that meant riders had to decide where to concentrate their efforts with little chance of bagging all the controls. I was satisfied that the top scores were quite consistent in the mid 300s and achieved by different routes.
My first question as the riders came back was "did you enjoy it?" to which the answer was nearly always "yes".
Thanks to Tim for an excellent map and to High Paradise for hosting the event.
